Perform thorough inspections and accurately check in parts, ensuring proper inventory management.
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and estimated completion times to customers.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and to their satisfaction.
Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Uphold the shop's standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or repair shop setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with diverse customers and team members.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and inventory management.
Proficient computer skills for data entry and using relevant software applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of automotive parts and repair terminology is an asset.
