As a Service Advisor, you will be the customer's front-line experience with our service department.
Good customer service skills, sales skills, and the ability to multi-task are key for this position.
We are busy! You must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Service Writer - Job
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries.
Consult with customer on service needs, recommendations, and applicable service specials Document services recommended and/or declined and ask for follow up on future service considerations Keep customer informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes Remain involved with delivery of vehicle to customer upon completion to assure all customer concerns are addressed Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer has a positive service experience Build strong relationships with the customers Service Writer - Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Automotive Experience is preferred, but not required Prior dealership experience is a plus Valid driver's license Professional personal appearance A People Person with excellent communication skills All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA Weekend hours are required Commission Bonuses Store Discounts
