Greet customers in a friendly manner when they call and arrive in person.
Ask customers qualifying questions by following call scripts to uncover needs Schedule service appointments Liaison with service advisors to assist with customer inquiries Return all messages promptly Manage service loaner fleet Provide excellent customer service Communicate frequently with parts personnel to ensure arrival of special order parts is communicated to customer Follow up with customers after their appointments to ensure satisfaction level is high Must have reliable transportation Other tasks as assigned by supervisor when needed Job Type:
