We are looking for an outgoing, fast-paced, quick learner to facilitate co-discovery and patient wants in a predominately cosmetic and implant-driven practice.
Our practice is much different than the standard corporate or general practice, as we are not only fee for service but have an incredible patient population, a fun team, and appreciative doctors.
We get to do life-changing dentistry, all while having a warm, energetic, family atmosphere.
The theme of pursuing excellence will be obvious in every aspect of patient care and team interaction.

Patient Coordinator (Scheduler/Reception) Responsible for patient scheduling, patient management, collecting fees and maintaining appearance and order of the dental office.
Specific duties may include the following:
o Open and close dental office according to office protocol o Answer and respond to phone calls o Respond to all patient correspondences o Schedule patients and check daily schedule for accuracy o Obtain and record insurance information on all patients in the system o Collect patient payments o Greet and welcome patients and visitors o Gather and accurately record dental, medical, insurance, and HIPAA information from patients prior to treatment o Present and gather consent forms prior to treatment o Prepare patient forms for the next day along with the appropriate team members o To the extent possible, help others perform their tasks when overloaded or backed up or to otherwise increase the operational and emotional performance of the practice Pay:
