8AM - 5PM Monday to Friday PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
The Account Manager will serve as the company's represent for managing multiple client accounts.
The Account Manager will develop strong relationships with existing clients by performing weekly customer service activity (phone & in-person).
The Account Manager will develop new relationships with prospective clients by performing weekly sales activity (phone & in-person).
The Account Manager will develop new relationships with local talent by performing weekly recruiting activity (phone & in-person).
This position requires the use of strong communication skills.
Strong phone and interpersonal skills are essential.
The Account Manager will grow the business by placing good talent with clients for billing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Bachelor's degree or Some College is preferred but not required Minimum of 2 Years' experience in Inside Sales or Recruiting Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred Maintain a professional appearance Job Type:
