The Dispatcher will take direction from the CSSI management team.
This person will have a strong background in customer service and enjoy building relationships with people in the company, as well as being very organized and a proven multi-tasker.
The Dispatcher is responsible for working their assigned shifts along with the occasional opportunity for overtime (as expressed by the management team).

Qualifications:
? Must be able to pass a SLED background check or company background check; ? Must be able to pass a drug test upon hire (and random drug tests during the course of employment; ? Must be effectively communicate both verbally and written; ? Must be able to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays; ? Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work both independently and with a team; ? Must feel comfortable to make decisions and follows standard procedures that are outlined in site orders for the community; ? Must have strong attention to detail; ? Must be able to prioritize tasks; ? Able to write detailed reports and utilize technology for reporting purposes with company provided phones and software.
? Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position ? Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods ? Fast typing with experience in data entry ? Knowledge of procedures and guideline for emergency situations ? Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities ? Active listener with excellent communication skills ? Sound judgment and critical thinking Preferred
Qualifications:
? Prior Military, law enforcement, or security background ? Active SLED card or other security certification.
