- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence - Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases - Organize and maintain client files and documents - Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness - Manage document management systems and databases - Answer phone calls and communicate with clients in a professional manner - Transcribe dictations and prepare memos or summaries - Perform data entry tasks to update case information - Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in a related field is preferred - Proficient in using document management systems and legal software - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion Note:
