Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the EA is responsible for providing personalized and timely executive support to the CEO.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Position-specific responsibilities of the EA include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administrative Duties.
Collects and distributes the mail to the appropriate parties, manages cleaning services and tracks and replaces office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard office procedures.
Executive Support.
Completes a broad variety of clerical tasks for the CEO including:
scheduling meetings and appointments; recording and distributing meeting minutes; composing confidential correspondence; coordinating travel itineraries, agendas and meeting documents.
Project Management.
Balances conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensures the completion of essential projects and meets critical deadlines.
Senior Management Liaison.
Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team including assisting in scheduling meetings and attending all meetings and coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all-team meetings.
Tenant Management.
Fields new tenant applications and works with the Facilities Manager to coordinate site visits, inspections, etc.
for corporate office.
