We are looking to improve current operational performance of the Radiation Therapy program in terms of efficacy for the client and efficiency for CCN by monitoring reports, workflows, and audits. Assists in the implementation of new clients into the Cardiology and Scheduling Programs. Act as liaison between the Program Director, Account Managers, Clinical and Non-Clinical Call Center Directors, Auditors, and other senior leadership.
Manages designated process improvement projects
Reviews periodic reports and makes operational assessments and recommendations to improve performance and efficiency
Gains an understanding for utilization management, claims operations, CCN IT operations, and CCN call center operations
Creates and reviews all IT requirements affecting the Radiation Therapy Program
Periodically reviews program payment rules and updates appropriate policies and claims engines
Documents current and future workflows and requirements for each plan within the program
Assesses operational risks and recommends mitigating actions
Reports overall program performance
Coordinates with key leaders to execute projects
Prepares training and direction
Assists in the implementation of new clients by integrating workflows into current operations
Is prepared to act in place of the Program Director

, External Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Mathematics, or similar field of study
5 years or more of management experience
Experience in one or more of the following areas:Project management, call center operations, IT software development management, health services management, data analytics, healthcare economics, and / or management consulting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
