Job Objectives : The Executive Clinical Coordinator is responsible for accurately processing documents and proposals, possessing good communication skills, greeting callers, coordinating mailings, coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining files.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Serve as primary Executive Clinical Coordinator to the Associate Chief Medical Officer, EVP/COO for Radiology, Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Radiation Therapy, Product Development, Sleep, Lab, MSM, and the Vice President Clinical Compliance and Quality Management as needed. May include work on joint efforts of the CareCore National, LLC team as assigned by the Associate Chief Medical Officer.
2. Responsible for answering calls, providing appropriate information, taking accurate messages. Providing professional representation of CareCore National to callers/guests is vital.
3. Scheduling, confirming appointments, making travel arrangements, calendar, correspondence and document preparation and other duties as assigned
4. Coordinating mailings including preparation of materials, copying, and postage.
5. Develop and/or maintain databases to support the activities of the Associate Chief Medical Officer, COO Radiology, Cardiology, Medical Oncology, Sleep, Lab, MSM, Radiation Therapy Program and the Vice President Clinical Compliance and Quality Management.
6. Provide administrative support for compliance activities, including but not limited to accreditation, state licensure, audit response, and other activities as directed.
7. Developing, posting and archiving of Quarterly Committee documents.
8. Provides support to the Executive Administrative staff as needed.
9. Office Machines and Equipment: Uses proper skills in operating, training and maintaining machines such as copier and postage meter. Also includes ability to accurately operate multi-line telephone system.(i.e., Routing/Transferring Calls, Conferencing Calls, etc)
